Initial Consultation
When you make an appointment to consult with one of our designers, we will discuss these things:
– Begin with a company overview, to dive into who we are as a company and the services we provide.
– Answer any questions you may have to get to know you better
– Discuss your ideas and review inspiration photos to create a design profile tailored to you and your space.
– Perform a budget analysis of the project and assist you with establishing a budget for the project.
– Provide actionable terms that you as the homeowner will be tasked with to ensure a timely deliverable.

Measure
During the measure phase , we employ a scanning service that utilizes advanced technology to create a highly accurate scan of your space.
Information Gathering
Our designer will use the time between the initial consultation and the measure to gather additional information.
Appliance specifications or details on specialty products that may be used on your project.
2.5% Retainer
Design
Your designs will now create tailored layouts and renders according to your design profile, measurement, and any additional information they have gathered.
Estimating
Our team will then create an initial cost analysis based on the preliminary design and material selections made.
Preliminary Review
Your designer will now schedule an in-person or virtual meeting to discuss the preliminary design and estimate.
Retainer – 2.5% of Cost Analysis
Before continuing with revisions, we will require a 2.5% retainer based on the initial cost analysis.
50% Down Payment
Material Selections
We will perform a materials selections meeting to finalize all cabinetry, countertops, and accessory selections for your project.
Revisions
Our design team will now proceed with finalizing all designs and preparing a formal proposal based info from the meetings.
Final/Design Estimate Presentation
Once everything has been prepared we will schedule one final meeting to present the final concept and pricing for your project.
Formal Acceptance
If everything has been executed to your liking we will continue with our multi contract process including delivery durance and installations.
